Hello, I’m Anaïs .

I visited Scotland for the first time in 2010. And that was it, I was hooked, and I never looked back. I finished my degree in France in Jewellery making and straight after, I moved to Scotland to pursue another degree qualification in design in Dundee. But I have to say, since my foot touched this magical land, I wanted to discover more.

I spent many years working in the art and crafts field mostly as a jeweller while also taking any opportunities and spare time to go on the road and explore. From castles, legends, and museums, to pubs, food, and gigs as well as hiking through the incredible landscape, I couldn’t stop. So naturally, I decided to go back studying and I became a Blue Badge Tourist Guide to share my enthusiasm and passion for this fascinating country.

After spending most of my Scottish life in sunny Dundee on the East Coast, I am now settled in Glasgow, a lively city, perfect for any food and music lovers like me, as well as social history, architecture, and art. Glasgow being very central, it is easy to be anywhere within an hour (kind off), from the bustling city to the dramatic scenery of the Highlands or along one of our unspoiled beaches of the West Coast.

Whether it’s your first-time visiting Scotland or you’re coming back for more, it will be my pleasure to tailor a tour around your interests. It can be just a few hours focussing on a particular theme within our cities or many days across the country taking it all in; history, breath-taking landscapes, delicious food, fun ceilidhs, myths & legends. I would be more than happy to make YOUR Scottish experience an unforgettable one. I hope to see you soon.
